Welcome to the SRCS Athletic Registration page. To sign up for Modified, JV or Varsity sports, please click on the icon above and complete the steps.  A legal guardian or parent must complete this process as there are specific medical questions that will need to be answered. Please note that you only need one account if you have multiple athletes in your family.

Physical Examination

Athletes must have a current sport-qualifying physical exam on file in the Nurse's office. Physicals are good for 12 months from the exact date of the last physical. Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can submit it to the Athletic or Nurse's office; you can also scan it and submit the completed physical form online. 

If an athlete had a physical completed in the fall of this year, they will not need to do another one. 

**Please note that any accounts made with student emails or usernames containing student names will be deleted. All accounts should be done with parent/guardian emails as important information could be sent out.**
